Luv U Turn is a romantic thriller involving love, trust and deceit where Ishika and Sahej are in love, but Sahej`s work keeps him busy while they hardly get any time to spend together. In order to spend some time together, Sahej takes Ishika on one of his business trips to Thailand but once again gets absorbed in his work leaving Ishika all by herself. To kill her loneliness Ishika gets in touch with her old friend Ronik, who was her first love in college. Ronik and Ishika get closer physically which leads to Sahej knowing about it. What happens thereafter forms the crux of the climax.
