Madgaon Express is a madcap comedy-drama about three childhood friends — Pinku, Ayush, and Dodo (played by Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary, and Divyendu Sharma) who share a common dream of embarking upon a long-awaited trip to Goa since their school days. Despite coming from different backgrounds, their bond remains unbreakable, and Goa beckons as the ultimate escape. Finally, the three realize their dream and travel by Madgaon Express train to reach Goa where big trouble awaits them when everything changes into an adventure as they find themselves trapped between drug mafia's.
