Main Tera Dushman is an action drama. The movie follows the story of an honest Forest Officer Kishan Srivastav (Jackie Shroff), who lives with his wife Jaya (Jaya Prada), and moves to a rural area of Ramgarh. There, Kishan develops enmity with a criminal, Thakur Dayalu (Anupam Kher), who harms the wildlife so he could decorate his palatial house and also smuggle the products. Later, Dayalu, along with a corrupt Police officer, frames Kishan for a murder, and then try to harm his wife. Will Kishan be able to prove his innocence and also protect his wife?
