Manchalo Ki Masti is a romantic comedy-drama about six friends who adopt an orphaned boy. The boy falls critically ill and the doctors demand a hefty amount for his treatment. The six friends plan to kidnap in return for a ransom but are saved by Aisha, a kind woman who covers his treatment. In return for her favour Aisha takes the help of the group's leader, Siddharth with whom she falls in love. What happens next forms the remaining part of the plot.
