Mawaali is an action romantic drama. The movie follows the story of a young man named Ramesh (Jeetendra), an engineer, who works for an industrialist and falls in love with his daughter, Nisha (Jaya Prada). However, things take a turn when Ramesh’s employer is killed and he becomes the prime suspect of the murder, and there is no one who supports him. Ramesh goes to jail where he meets his lookalike and seeks his help. Will Ramesh still manage to prove his innocence?
