Mera Haque is an action revenge drama that follows the story of a young man named Amar (Sanjay Dutt), who is the sole heir of the princely state left by his late father. However, his stepmother is a clever woman, and wishes to take over all the wealth with the help of her brother Dhartiprasad (Shakti Kapoor). However, when Amar learns about his stepmother’s evil plans, he tries to intervene but gets attacked. Later, Amar’s stepmother throws her brother out of the palace after some misunderstandings; but, Dhartiprasad doesn’t lose hope, and instead brings Amar’s look alike to take his place and get all the wealth. Who is this new man, and how Dhartiprasad suddenly met this man?
