Meraa Dost Meraa Dushman is an action drama. The movie revolves around two brothers Shaitan Singh (Danny Denzongpa) and Shakti (Shatrughan Sinha), who are raised as bandits by their father Bahadur Singh, who is the leader of the gang of bandits. One day, Shakti gets separated from his gang after meeting with an accident, and is taken care by Harikishen and his daughter Lali (Smita Patil), who live in Jamalpur village. When Shakti regains consciousness, he falls in love with Lali, who asks her to mend his ways if he wishes to marry her. Shakti decides to lead life with honesty to win Lali. Soon after, Shaitan finds out that Shakti is alive and goes after him to welcome him; however, Shakti refuses to return. Later, Bahadur Singh gets killed when he tries to convince his son to return, which enrages Shaitan, who decides to avenge his father’s death. Will Bahadur’s death turn Shakti and Shaitan against each other?
