Miss Khiladi is a romantic thriller story about Sonia, an ambitious girl who can go to any extent to achieve her goal. Sonia tries to hook Ashok and Vijay in her own seductive manner, which in return angers Ashok's wife Shobha. One fine day Ashok is found murdered under mysterious circumstances while Vijay, Sonia, Shobha and Ashok's friend Sunil become prime suspects in the murder investigation that is carried out by Inspector Siddharth. Who killed Ashok, who is behind the whole conspiracy, how the Inspector would solve this case forms the crux of the movie.
