Mohabat Ka Paigham is a family romantic drama. The movie follows the story of two brothers - Nadeem (Raj Babbar) and Naeem (Aditya Pancholi). One day, Nadeem meets with an accident and gets severely injured, and also loses one of his legs. The responsibility of the household now falls on Naeem. Naeem starts to take care of their family business. Things take a complicated turn when Naeem learns that Nadeem is getting married to Zeenat (Meenakshi Seshadri), who was the love interest of Naeem. Will Naeem sacrifice his love for the happiness of his brother?
