Motichoor Chaknachoor is a comedy-drama about 36-year-old Pushpinder Tyagi (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who loses his job in Dubai and returns back to India. Pushpinder does not disclose to his family that he has lost his job and has come down on leave to get married. His neighbor Annie (Athiya Shetty), a young girl marries Pushpinder despite the age gap, in lieu of going to Dubai without knowing that he does not have a job anymore. Annie keeps a condition that she will not consummate the marriage until she goes to Dubai. What Pushpinder does next as he is in a fix because of his lie?
