Mr. Joe B. Carvalho is a comedy-drama. The movie revolves around Mr. Joe B. Carvalho (Arshad Warsi), a private detective. A rich businessman assigns him a case to find his eloped daughter. While investigating the case, Joe comes across his ex-girlfriend Inspector Shantipriya Phadnis (Soha Ali Khan), who is chasing an international criminal Carlos (Jaaved Jaffrey), a terrorist who gets the help of a local underworld don MK (Vijay Raaz).
