Munjya is a story that revolves around a young boy named Bittu (Abhay Verma) who accidentally releases the spirit of Munjya (played by a CGI actor), who was believed by the locals that he was deeply in love with a girl named Munni but was unable to marry her. In order to win Munni's heart, Munjya relentlessly is in pursuit of her affection after his death. As Munjya befriends Bittu to help him find Munni, their pursuit often troubling the locals forcing the community to find a way to send the spirit back to where it came from. Does Bittu succeed in finding Munni for Munjya forms the remaining part of this horror comedy tale.
