My Client`s Wife is a mystery thriller drama that primarily revolves around three people including Manas Verma (Sharib Hashmi), a lawyer who is assigned to defend Raghuram Singh (Abhimanyu Singh) who is accused of assaulting his wife Sindoora Singh (Anjali Patil). However, the allegations made against Raghuram are denied by his lawyer who tries to approach Sindoora to get the details about the whole case. With Raghuram claiming to have been framed and Sindoora refusing to disclose anything to Manav, the latter starts investigating the case further to find out whether or not everything is the way it looks or there is something else to the story which he is unaware of.
