Naina is a psychological horror thriller drama that revolves around a young girl named Naina Shah (Urmila Matondkar). In 1986, she meets with a car accident and loses her eyesight. In the same car accident, her parents die and she is brought up by her grandmother. Years later, Naina gets a successful corneal transplant and is able to see again. Things take a turn when she starts having visions of dying people. Much later, she finds out the truth of her cornea donor, Khemi (Malavika), a woman from an impoverished village who had the ability to see a person’s imminent death. However, villagers considered her cursed for this ability and shunned her, which forced her to commit suicide. Would Naina ever be able to lead a normal life, or continue getting the visions?
