No One Killed Jessica is a thriller crime drama that is inspired by the 2006 murder case of Jessica Lal. Jessica Lal (Myra Karn), a bartender in Delhi, gets shot dead by Manish Bharadwaj (Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub), the son of a powerful politician because she refused to serve him drinks after the last call. However, due to lack of evidence and witnesses, the court acquits him. Sabrina Lal (Vidya Balan), Jessica’s sister, decides to take things into her hands. She joins forces with Meera (Rani Mukherjee), an investigative journalist, to seek justice for her sister.
