O Teri is a comedy-drama that revolves around two journalists Prantabh Pratap aka PP (Pulkit Samrat) and Anand Ishwaram Devdutt Subramaniam aka AIDS (Bilal Amrohi). The two struggle to find any big news and are usually insulted by their boss for their horrid quality of work. However, one day they find the dead body of a CBI officer in the car, and they attempt to show it to their boss, but the body mysteriously disappears. Their lives take a turn when the real murderer, who is a corrupt politician, tries to blackmail them and chases them to prevent getting exposed.
