Pad Gaye Pange is a family comedy drama about a middle-class widower and maths teacher, Shastriji (Rajesh Sharma) who lives in his 30-year-old house along with his two sons and cherished memories of his late wife, Sudha. His son eldest son Nilesh and daughter-in-law Madhu, are frustrated by Shastriji's quirks and the lack of privacy, and want to move to a new apartment. On the other hand, Ayush lives a monotonous life and plans to marry his long time girlfriend, Parul. Things take a turn when Shastriji and Ayush after attending a local health check-up camp are diagnosed with cancer. To meet the expenditure of the treatment they have no option but to commit suicide.
