Painter Babu is a romantic musical drama. The movie follows the story of a young man named Shyam (Rajiv Goswami), who is the son of a wealthy tycoon and loves to paint. Shyam is in love with a beautiful girl named Renu (Meenakshi Seshadri), but when his father’s business faces an unexpected blow, he is forced to marry Menaka, the daughter of another wealthy man. However, he couldn’t make himself love Menaka, and continue his relationship with Renu. Things get messy and Shyam welcomes more and more troubles in his life. The question remains, will things ever get right in Shyam, Menaka and Renu’s life?
