Parking Closed is a psychological suspense thriller about a young man who is rusticated from college for his erratic behavior with girls and is forced to take up the job of security in charge of a big buildings parking lot. He takes undue advantage of young girls living in the building and killing them after harassing them. All his action leads to him to become a psychopath killer who finally gets to bear the brunt.
