Phati Padi Hai Yaar is a tale of a man who leads a lavish lifestyle by dating girls and gambling for which he borrows money from people but fails to return it. Pressure mounts on him as the debt grows bigger by the day making his life miserable which leads to no other way but to contemplate suicide.
