Prem Keetanu is set against the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh and the Delhi-Gurgaon region and follows Vishal (Veer Pahariya), a carefree college backbencher who prefers to live in the moment rather than worry about academics or his future. On his first day at college, he meets Suhani Sharma (Aafiya Sayed), a focused, practical and ambitious young woman. Although their initial interactions are far from pleasant, Vishal soon finds himself falling deeply for her. When Suhani moves to Delhi to pursue higher studies at a prestigious institute, Vishal is left struggling to find direction in both his career and personal life. The situation becomes increasingly complicated with the arrival of Ranjeet (Aparshakti Khurana), changing the dynamics between the three. As affection, ambitions and family expectations collide, Vishal and Suhani must navigate an increasingly complicated relationship. What happens next forms the rest of the story.
