Pushpa 2: The Rule is the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021) where Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun) has expanded his sandalwood smuggling business and territory and has got international clients including Hamid (Saurabh Sachdeva) who demands one of the largest consignments of red sandalwood to be delivered and agrees to pay an insane amount for it. Pushpa uses all his contacts to ensure that his client’s needs are met despite facing several obstacles from SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat (Fahadh Faasil) who is out to destroy his business activities. Srinu (Sunil) and Daksha (Anasuya Bharadwaj) try to halt Pushpa due to their past enmity. They try to influence the syndicate and provoke them to oust Pushpa. And, not to forget Mohan (Ajay), Pushpa’s stepbrother who continues to mock him for being an illegitimate child. Pushpa is now set to battle against all odds to prove his strength and might. Does he succeed in his mission or not forms the rest of this intriguing action drama.
