Pyar Ka Karz is a romantic musical drama. The movie revolves around a man named Ravi (Mithun Chakraborty), a singer and dancer, who falls in love with Dr. Naina (Meenakshi Sheshadri). However, when Ravi returns from one of his concerts, he finds out that Naina is getting married to someone else. Heartbroken Ravi stops to sing and dance anymore. He then meets and falls in love with a girl named Seema (Neelam Kothari). Their life takes a turn when Seema gets killed. Ravi decides to take the path of crime to set scores right with the killer of his wife. Will he succeed in his mission?
