Rascals is an action-comedy drama. The movie revolves around two conmen Chetan Chauhan (Sanjay Dutt) and Bhagat Bhosle (Ajay Devgn). The two have recently robbed a man named Anthony Gonsalves (Arjun Rampal). After the theft, Chetan and Bhagat go to Bangkok and fall for the same girl Khushi (Kangana Ranaut). However, things go haywire when Anthony kidnaps Khushi to get his money back and settle everything with the two robbers.
