Rautu Ka Raaz is a crime thriller set in the small village of Rautu in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand where the murder of a warden in a blind school has occurred. Inspector Deepak Negi (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and his assistant Naresh Dimri (Rajesh Sharma) have been assigned to solve the case. Rautu is a peaceful and lazy city that hasn’t had a single murder case registered in the last 15 years as it's believed that people die here but aren’t murdered. Inspector Deepak Negi’s investigation leads to weird clues and witnesses’ which make him figure out that the only way to find out about the murder is to see beyond the obvious and look for what is hidden.
