Sakshi is a romantic mystery thriller drama that revolves around a young successful man Virat (Vikram Mastal) who is engaged to Prachi (Madhumita Biswas) and is to be married soon. Due to job demands, Virat is asked to shift to a new city where he happens to meet Sakshi (Gehana Vasisth) and falls in love with her. When Virat comes back to meet Prachi things change as he experiences illusions and psychological disturbances. Seeing Virat disturbed Prachi probes and gets to know the truth behind his behaviour. Revelations make Prachi confront Sakshi when both come face to face as things lead to further complications.
