Sanak: Hope Under Siege is the story of a lone hero who is on a mission to save the lives of many innocent people who are held hostages in a hospital from the perils of evil! Vivaan (Vidyut Jamwal) whose wife Anshika (Rukmini Maitra) is undergoing treatment at a hospital and is all set to undergo surgery when a gang of criminals breaks into the hospital. The security and police cannot do anything as long as the patients and staff are held, hostages. Now it’s up to Vivaan to get his act together and take on the responsibility of freeing his wife and hostages. How Vivaan goes about cleaning up the baddies is what this action thriller dipped in love is all about.
