Sardar Ka Grandson is a family drama that spans seven decades and revolves around a dysfunctional Punjabi family staying in Amritsar after shifting from Lahore post-partition. Elderly lady Sardar Kaur (Neena Gupta) who cannot forget her childhood spent in Lahore desires to visit Pakistan to see her ancestral house before closing her eyes. In order to fulfill her last wish, she includes a condition in her will that whoever takes her to Lahore will get all her property after her death. Thus, starts her family members trying ways to get her a visa including her young grandson Amreek Singh (Arjun Kapoor) also in pursuit of the same along with girlfriend Radha (Rakul Preet Singh). Will Amreek Singh succeed in fulfilling his grandmother's last desire?
