Satyagraha – The Revolution Has Begun is a political drama. The movie revolves around Dwarka Anand (Amitabh Bachchan), an idealistic man, who is imprisoned for slapping a government official while trying to obtain the compensation for his son’s death. It is followed by a series of dramatic events. Dwarka finally gets help from Manav (Ajay Devgn), his dead son's friend. Manav organises a multi-faceted campaign to free Dwarka and bring justice to the victim’s family.
