Shaadi Se Pehle is a romantic comedy-drama. The movie revolves around a young couple, Ashish Khanna (Akshaye Khanna) and Rani Bhalla (Ayesha Takia). Ashish and Rani are all set to get married and lead a happy life. However, things take a turn when Ashish finds out that he has cancer. Ashish plans to create a misunderstanding between him and Rani to make her leave him. He pretends to be dating another girl, Sania (Mallika Sherawat) that hurts Rani and she calls off the engagement. Will Rani ever find out the truth about Ashish or continue hating him for cheating on her?
