Shaktiman is an action romantic drama. The movie follows the story of a businessman named Rai Bahadur Laxmi Narayan (Kulbhushan Kharbanda), who lives a wealthy life with his wife. Even after several years of marriage, the two didn’t have any child, so they travel to Shimla to adopt the baby of their servant, Diler (Mukesh Khanna), and name him Vicky (Gulshan Grover). Sometime later, Rai Bahadur’s wife gets pregnant and she re-visits Shimla, but she passes away in an accident and leaves her newborn son, Amar (Ajay Devgn), behind. Diler plans to kill the baby, but his wife takes the newborn and runs away to reunite him with his father. However, she couldn’t locate him and raises Amar as her own, who grows up and becomes a Police Inspector. On the other hand, Vicky becomes an alcoholic and womanizer. Will the two boys ever reunite with their real parents?
