Speed is an action thriller that is set in the city of London. Siddharth “Sid” Verma (Sanjay Suri), a chef in a restaurant, lives with his wife, Richa Verma (Urmila Matondkar), a science teacher, and their son Bobby Verma (Taseen Chowdhary). Their lives take a turn when Richa is kidnapped by Kabir (Aftab Shivdasani), a gangster. The kidnapper demands Richa’s husband, Sid, to assassinate the Prime Minister. Sandeep “Sandy” Arora (Zayed Khan), an immigrant from India, gets involved in this when Richa randomly calls Sandy for help while she is still in captivity. Will Sid or Sandy be able to save Richa from Kabir?
