Sukhee is a slice-of-life family comedy drama that narrates the story of Sukhpreet ‘Sukhee’ Kalra (Shilpa Shetty), a 38-year-old Punjabi housewife who is tired of engaging in household chores and is desperate for a break when she gets an invite to attend her school reunion. Against the wishes of her husband Sukhee goes to Delhi to attend her school reunion where she meets her old classmates and relives the 17-year-old version of herself whilst going through a plethora of experiences in a short span of a week. Meeting old classmates and revisiting her school days at the reunion rejuvenates her in seven days, coming out rekindled, reborn and making the most difficult transition in her life – from being a wife and a mother to being a woman again.
