The Legend of Bhagat Singh is a biographical period drama based on the life of freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, who fought for the independence of India along with his fellow members of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. As a child, he experienced the Jallianwala Bagh massacre and was inspired to be a freedom fighter. The film follows the life chronicles of Sardar Bhagat Singh, which included numerous enormities during his childhood and when he grows up, until the day he is hanged – 23rd March 1931, along with freedom fighters Rajguru and Sukhdev.
