The Miranda Brothers is an action sports drama set in Goa where two brothers, Julio Miranda (Harshvardhan Rane) and Regalo Miranda (Meezaan Jaferi), are devoted to each other and share a dream of becoming football stars by joining the Goa Premier League. Their mother, Susan Miranda (Manasi Joshi Roy), who runs a bakery supports them at every stage of life. Despite Julio and Regalo having different personalities, their quest to become football stars takes a tragic turn when their activist mother dies under suspicious circumstances. Julio decides to find the murderer while Regalo wants to fulfill his mother's dream. Their goals lead to a clash of values, will their professional football dreams also end?
