Tikdam is a social family drama set in the small hill town of Sukhtaal in Uttarakhand state, where a widower Prakash (Amit Sial) stays with his parents and son and daughter. Prakash works as a manager at a local hotel, which faces closure due to lack of tourists and visitors due to global warming. To keep the kitchen burning and his kid’s education, he plans to shift to Mumbai for a job. His kids realize why their father had to migrate to Mumbai and embark on an adventurous mission to stop him, using every trick in the book to save the environment by bringing in some changes among the locals and making the place green to receive snowfall again. Will their efforts keep the family together?
