Torbaaz is an action thriller film about Naseer (Sanjay Dutt), a doctor by professional who has lost his wife and son in one of the bombings in Afghanistan while he was placed in the Indian Embassy at Kabul. After recovering from the trauma Naseer joins an NGO led by Ayesha (Nargis Fakhri) where he interacts with children residing in refugee camps who are trained by Qazar (Rahul Dev), a leader of a militant outfit that prepares child suicide bombers in Afghanistan. To divert their attention Naseer trains the children in cricket and sets up a team to play against the best teams in a club tournament.
