U-Turn is a horror mystery thriller about a young intern journalist named Radhika Bakshi (Alaya F.) who lives in Mohali and works for a newspaper. Radhika is given to work on a story where she gets to investigate and question the authorities about the deaths that happen on the NTPC flyover because of the stones moved and placed in the middle of the road from where two-wheeler riders take a U-turn. There is no accountability from the RTO or the police to investigate how the issue can be curbed. Radhika who herself lost her brother due to the stones misplaced in the middle of the road tries to interview people who commit this offense and killed one by one. While all the offenders she tries to interview get killed Radhika is questioned by the police. To prove her innocence Radhika tries to join the dots of the series of murders that take place but will she ever be able to find out who is the real culprit is or there’s something else behind this mystery?
