Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II is a comedy drama. The movie revolves around Puneet Sayal (Arshad Warsi), an ambitious copywriter with the dream to have enough money to dump his job and move to Nainital. He lives with his girlfriend Agni (Sandhya Mridul), a police inspector, who turns every situation into an argument. Things take a turn when he saves an injured man, Vishnu (Prashant Narayanan), who is a gangster, and unknowingly becomes a part of the famous gang war in Bombay. Torn between his crazy girlfriend and the gang war, will this copywriter be able to cope with everything coming his way?
