Zakhmi Zameen is a revenge action drama. The movie is set in a village ruled by an evil landlord, Thakur Pratap Singh (Paresh Rawal), who plans to take away villager’s land to feed his greedy ambitions. He dreams of building a palatial house similar to Taj Mahal, for which he starts to get rid of the villagers and take away their possessions. However, when he runs into problems with a villager, Mangal, who stands up against Pratap Singh for the poor villagers. However, Thakur gets Mangal killed, making his wife Radha (Jaya Prada) a widow, and his infant son, an orphan. Radha is devastated with her husband’s death, and becomes a dacoit to avenge his death. Will Radha succeed in setting scores right with the greedy Thakur?
