Zinda is an action thriller drama and the unauthorized remake of the South Korean film Old Boy. The movie revolves around Balajeet ‘Bala’ Roy (Sanjay Dutt), a software engineer, who lives with his wife and infant daughter. One day, Bala gets kidnapped by an unknown person who also kills his wife. Bala is kept imprisoned for 14 years without knowing the reason. When he is finally released, he sets out to take revenge on his abductor who ruined his life. However, with no idea about his abductor and the reason for imprisonment, will Bala be able to find the person who wronged him?
