Arvind Swamy is an Indian actor and former model, who has primarily worked in Tamil cinema. He made his screen debut with Mani Ratnam’s blockbuster Tamil film Thalapathi (1991). After establishing himself in South Indian cinema, he started his career in Bollywood with Priyadarshan’s romantic drama Saat Rang Ke Sapne (1998), alongside Juhi Chawla. He has also acted in films like Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya (2000), Dear Dad (2016) and Thalaivi (2021). In 1994, he married Gayathri Ramamurthy, with whom he has two children, but they separated in 2010. Later, in 2012, he married Aparna Mukherjee.
