Tanvi The Great narrates the story of a 21-year-old Tanvi Raina (Shubhangi Dutt), a young woman who stays with her grandfather (Anupam Kher) and mother (Pallavi Joshi) in Lansdowne. Despite suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), she is determined to join the Army to fulfill her late father’s dream of saluting the Indian flag at Siachen glacier. Tanvi's father Captain Samar Pratap Raina (Karan Thacker) was martyred in the line of duty, shows up at the Lansdowne Cantonment to try out for the military. Despite the fact that she cannot qualify for the Army, she is encouraged to train with aspiring soldiers, overcoming challenges and allaying the cynicism of her grandfather.
