Bhagyashree is an Indian actress and social worker. She started her acting career with Sooraj Barjatya’s superhit romantic musical drama Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) alongside Salman Khan. Her role in the movie earned her Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. It was followed by her other Bollywood movies like Tyagi (1992), Paayal (1992) and Humko Deewana Kar Gaye (2006). In 1990, she married her co-star, actor Himalaya Dasani and the couple has two children. Her son, actor Abhimanyu Dasani made his Bollywood debut with Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2019).
