Dinesh Phadnis was a well-known television and movie actor who primarily worked in Hindi as well as Marathi films. He is mostly remembered for his portrayal of ‘Fredricks’ in the TV serial ‘C.I.D.’ which was one of the longest running serials on TV. He appeared in supporting roles in the mainstream television program 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' and movies like Sarfarosh and Super 30. Dinesh Phadnis passed away at the age of 57 after suffering from multiple organ failure on 05 December 2023.
