Meena Shorey was a film actress who started her acting career in Indian cinema, but she later migrated to Pakistan and continued her acting career in Pakistan. She started her career in Bollywood with Sohrab Modi’s 1941 film Sikander alongside Prithviraj Kapoor. She has also acted in films like Prithvi Vallabh (1943), Pattharon Ka Saudagar (1944), Shehar Se Door (1946), Arsi (1947), Chaman (1948) and many more. Meena married five times. Her first husband was actor-director-producer, Zahur Raja. Her second husband was actor Al Nasir. Her third marriage was to Roop K. Shorey. Her fourth marriage was to a Pakistani resident, Raza Mir, after which she migrated to Pakistan. Her last marriage was to actor Asad Bokhari.
