Nana Palsikar was an Indian actor who appeared in over 80 Hindi films that include both mainstream and art films. He started his career in Bollywood with the 1935 film Dhuwandar. It was followed by his supporting roles in movies like Bahurani (1940), Do Bigha Zamin (1953), Kanoon (1960), Shehar Aur Sapna (1963), Maya (1966), The Guru (1969), Dhund (1973), and Yaarron Ka Yaar (1977).
