Sreela Majumdar was an actress who majorly worked in Bengali and Hindi language films. She made her acting debut in Mrinal Sen’s Bengali film ‘Parasuram’ and later appeared in films such as ‘Ek Din Pratidin’, ‘Kharij’, ‘Chokh’, ‘Phiriye Dao’, ‘Pratibad’ and ‘The Parcel’. She also acted in Hindi films including ‘Ek Pal’, ‘Damul’, ‘Khandhar’, ‘Mandi’ and ‘Arohan’. She breathed her last on 27 January 2024.
