Taz Stereo Nation was a British playback singer, composer, actor and lyricist who was known by his pop band ‘Stereo Nation’. He formed his band in 1996 before which some of his album hits like ‘Hit The Deck’ became very popular among the UK Asian pop charts in 1989. He broke into Bollywood when he was credited for the remix of his popular hit ‘Oh! Baby Don’t Break My Heart’ in the Sanjay Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna and Madhuri Dixit starrer Mohabbat (1997). Besides, having many pop albums against his name including hits like Pyar Ho Gaya, Nachenge Saari Raat and Gallan Gorian, he lent his vocals to Bollywood films like Koi... Mil Gaya, Diary of a Butterfly, Mr. Bhatti On Chutti, Guest Iin London, Race, Tum Bin - Love Will Find A Way and Batla House, etc. He was not keeping good health for a while before breathing his last on 29 April 2022.
