3D Saamri is a horror action drama. The movie revolves around Dharmesh Saxena (Anirudh Agarwal), who is an elderly wealthy man, also referred to by the name of Saamri, and is involved in dark magic. Due to his deteriorating health, he entrusts his wealth to his niece, Anju's (Aarti Gupta) name. However, Dharmesh’s stepbrother, Takleefchand (Prem Chopra), has different plans, he gets Dharmesh killed, and plans to kill Anju as well to get all the wealth of Dharmesh. The things take a turn, when Takleefchand realises that the dead Dharmesh has awakened from the grave and has returned to take the revenge. Will Dharmesh be able to save his niece from Takleefchand?
